The warm and sustainable kitchen design is complete with elegant Adamantium Quartzite slab countertops and matching stone tile backsplash.

Custom Designed Bathrooms with Natural Wood Finishes

With honed Montpellier Limestone mosaic floors, walnut vanities, illuminated medicine cabinets with polished nickel accents, and Bianco Dolomite Marble wall tiles throughout, the bathrooms at The Solaire create a relaxing, spa-like ambience. Select primary baths feature four-fixtures, including a glass-enclosed stall shower with mosaic flooring.

The Original Collection

Located on the iconic waterfront of Battery Park City, The Solaire was designed to progressive standards by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. Local sourcing, longevity and sustainability were key objectives in achieving a fully-integrated, environmentally-responsive, and energy-conserving design.
